Site Visit

We would arrange a site visit from one of our field based team members

Assess your Needs

We would walk your facility to understand your current waste needs and processes and identify any non-standard requirements. During this review, our clinically trained staff would also complete an on-site asessment of containers and placement.

Clinical Service Proposal

We would submit a tailored service proposal that includes recommended collection systems and waste management methodologies, together with an outline of the benefits and costs you will receive through your partnership with Sharpsmart.

Implementation and Mobilisation

Once a contract is agreed, our focus is on mobilising your new service with minimum staff or facility impact. We deliver and install containers, educational material and equipment, and at the same time ensure thorough staff training is carried out.

Service and Accountability

We commence service, but this is not the last time you’ll hear from us! We hold ourselves accountable for reporting and performance assessments, ensuring your facility’s waste segregation output and costs align with what we agreed on your proposal.
