  • <p>NEW: NHS Supply Chain: Reusable Waste Container Service for Healthcare Sharps and Clinical Waste</p>
    <p>The new framework from the NHS Supply Chain allows access to reusable sharps and clinical waste container services which meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 23907-2:2019. This will include the supply, delivery, collection, cleaning, and reprocessing of containers and the contained waste.   • <p>NHS Supply Chain: Surgical Instruments (Lot 5 Metal Instrument Recycling) </p>

  • <p>NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS): Sustainable Healthcare Recycling & Waste Management</p>
    <p>This procurement framework provides a fully compliant route for NHS Trusts and the public sector to gain access to: clinical healthcare waste, confidential and miscellaneous waste, and total waste management services.   • <p>London Procurement Partnership (LPP): Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Waste Management Services</p>
    <p>All suppliers appointed to this DPS provide comprehensive and innovative waste solutions and proactively assist Authorities to reduce the quantities of waste sent to landfill and achieve their recycling targets.   • <p>North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOECPC): NOECPC Total Waste Management Services II </p>

  • <p>Health Trust Europe (HTE): Health Trust Europe (HTE) Total Waste Management </p>

  • <p>NHS Commercial Solutions: NHS Commercial Solutions Waste Management Services </p>
    <p>This route to procurement aims to provide the NHS and all public sector organisations with compliant access to the market, which includes benefits of reduced timescales and access to cost-effective and quality approved suppliers. Suppliers on the framework demonstrate an exceptional knowledge of partnering with the NHS by providing evidence of a well-structured and detailed methodology.   • <p>Countess of Chester Hospital (COCH) Commercial Procurement Services: Countess of Chester Innovative Waste Solutions DPS </p>
    <p>This framework is a compliant route to market for innovative solutions for waste management, minimisation and/or disposal. The purpose is to drive the handling of waste in an innovative and sustainable way. In addition, Sharpsmart’s reusable sharps containers are also available directly through the NHS Supply Chain to ensure NHS Trusts can purchase in line with the Future Operating Model and Category Towers approach. These methods guarantee public sector customers a route to market which meets the necessary legislative requirements of OJEU and Public Contract Regulations (2015). Our solutions are scalable to all size and types of healthcare facilities and are focused on safe and cost-efficient total waste management backed by bespoke education that drives staff competency, safety and improved segregation.
