We carry out routine checks and audits throughout the service. These include checking container closure and condition on arrival at our facilities, reviewing waste documentation and assessing recorded waste weight data.

Our auditing and tracking tools also help us work with customers to compare expected waste profiles against actual activity. Where an unexpected result or potential segregation issue is identified, we can investigate the cause and agree appropriate corrective action.
