To help you navigate your invoices, we've put together a few 'how-to' steps to quickly identify billing line items. 

 

 

  • When are invoices generated?
    <p>Fixed-fee customers are billed halfway thorugh the month. Pay-per-turn customers are billed at the end of the month. Activity-based billing is billed once the service has been completed. </p>


What do the type and description fields on my invoice mean?

Please refer to the table below to determine the meaning of the type and description fields.

Type   Billing Type Description
Material Type Per Kilogram Scale ticket Internal Reference*1234567) followed by the Material Type (Clinical Waste AT, Clinical Waste IN, for example) 
Service Charge  Per Turn Manifest number followed by the service charge S14 yellow, S32 yellow for example
Period Fixed Fee Billing period 1st Apr - 31st Apr for example
